Owner-Operated — Rochester, NY
Hi, I'm Orest.
PureLoom is my local upholstery and carpet cleaning business here in Rochester. When you message PureLoom, you're talking directly to me — and I'm the person who shows up to do the work.
Owner-Operated
The person you message is the person who shows up.
When you send photos or ask about a cleaning job, you're communicating directly with me. I can look at what needs cleaning, talk through the condition, give you a quote and arrange a time that works.
Then I'm the person who comes to your home and does the cleaning.
No call center. No rotating crews.
How I Work
Careful work, one job at a time.
Every job starts with understanding what needs cleaning and what condition it's in. Photos help me see the overall job before booking, and I'll confirm the price before the appointment.
When I arrive, I look at the item in person and focus on getting the best realistic result from the material and condition in front of me.
Some stains or odors may be permanent, so I don't promise that every mark will disappear.
What I Clean
Upholstery, mattresses, carpet & rugs.

★★★★★
“Great experience. My handheld/home cleaner was no match to their professional equipment. They were efficient, kind and very easy to work with. Most importantly, the cleaning worked! My nursery chair looks brand new and I have peace of mind knowing I got so much dirt out of the living room couch. Definitely recommend.”
