Privacy Policy

When you submit the Quote form, PureLoom may collect:

• —Your first name
• —Your phone number
• —Your ZIP code
• —The cleaning items and details you select
• —Condition information you provide (e.g. stains, pet odor, notes)
• —Optional photos you choose to upload

The Quote form does not ask for or collect an email address. We don’t use cookies, analytics, or advertising-tracking technology to monitor visitors on this website.

Information submitted through the Quote form is used only to understand your cleaning request, prepare an accurate quote, and follow up with you by phone. Submissions are sent internally to pureloom.ny@gmail.com, the email PureLoom uses to manage incoming requests.

Photos are entirely optional and are used only to evaluate the item or area you’d like cleaned, so we can give you a more accurate quote. Please avoid uploading photos that contain anything you wouldn’t want included as part of a quote request.

Uploaded photos are stored using Vercel Blob, our website hosting provider’s file storage service. Each photo gets a long, randomly generated web address rather than being listed publicly anywhere — but that address isn’t fully private: anyone who has the exact link could open it. Photo links are included in the internal quote notification email described above.

There is currently no automatic deletion schedule. Uploaded photos may remain stored until they are manually deleted.

PureLoom uses a small number of outside services to operate this website and handle Quote submissions:

• —Vercel — hosts this website and stores uploaded quote photos (Vercel Blob).
• —Resend — delivers the internal quote-notification email.

Information you submit may be processed by these providers solely to operate the website and deliver your request to PureLoom — not for their own advertising or marketing purposes.

There is currently no fixed retention period for quote submissions or uploaded photos. Information is kept until it is no longer needed or is manually removed.

PureLoom does not sell the personal information submitted through the Quote form. Information is used to respond to your quote request and may be processed by the service providers listed above as part of operating this website — it is not shared with anyone else for their own purposes.

We take reasonable, ordinary care with the information submitted to us, but no website or hosting provider can guarantee perfect security. As noted above, uploaded photo links are not fully private, and you should avoid uploading photos containing anything sensitive you wouldn’t want included in a quote request.

Photo uploads are always optional — you can request a quote without adding any photos. If you’d like to ask a question about information you submitted, or request that it be removed, contact PureLoom using the details below and we’ll do our best to help.

This policy may be updated from time to time as the website or how it’s run changes. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
